Hallee Nichols, PLPC, NCC
Hallee Nichols, PLPC, NCC, is a warm and compassionate therapist who especially enjoys working with teens and young adults as they navigate the challenges that come with growing up, becoming more independent, and figuring out what comes next.
She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, emotional overwhelm, adjustment difficulties, relationship concerns, school and academic pressures, and major life transitions. Whether a client is struggling with the demands of high school or college, changes in relationships or family life, or simply feeling unsure of how to manage everything they are carrying, Hallee provides a supportive and judgment-free space to work through those challenges.
Hallee brings clinical experience from both private practice and behavioral health settings and approaches therapy with patience, understanding, and genuine care. She believes therapy should feel collaborative and individualized—not one-size-fits-all—and works to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthier coping skills, manage difficult emotions, and feel more confident navigating everyday life.
Her therapeutic approach incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), relational therapy, somatic skills, and trauma-informed techniques, allowing her to tailor therapy to each client’s individual needs and goals.
Clients can expect Hallee to be friendly, approachable, patient, and compassionate. She strives to create a comfortable therapeutic relationship where teens and young adults feel heard, understood, and supported without feeling judged or pressured to have everything figured out.
Hallee currently accepts private-pay clients and offers sliding-scale options to help make therapy more accessible.
