Rachel Garrison, LCSW

We are pleased to introduce Rachel Garrison, LCSW, a compassionate and experienced therapist with over 20 years of work in the mental health field. Rachel works with children, teens, and adults, offering a safe, supportive space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges. Her calm, thoughtful presence helps create an environment where healing, growth, and meaningful change can begin.

Rachel’s approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and individualized. She is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and draws from a variety of techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. She believes therapy should feel personal and supportive, helping clients gain insight into their emotions, relationships, behaviors, and life experiences while building on the strengths they already carry.

Rachel is especially passionate about working with teens and values the opportunity to support them through the emotional, social, and personal challenges that often come with adolescence. She also enjoys working with adults who may be facing stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, or other personal struggles, offering a steady and compassionate space for reflection and growth.

Her background includes experience in a child advocacy center, outpatient and inpatient services, and in-home counseling, giving her a broad understanding of the diverse needs of individuals and families.

Rachel sees clients in person in Mandeville and offers limited telehealth for Louisiana residents. She is currently accepting BCBS and private pay clients. Please reach out to our office for more information about getting started.
